Dell Warranty

All Dell merchandise bought from Publix Solutions has a minimum of one year warranty. Publix Solutions is only an intermediate in the transaction between you and Dell. You have to complete the warranty’s transfer form on Dell’s WEB site, for the warranty to be valid (with your company’s name or your personal name).

The first part needs Publix Solutions. This is the information that you have to enter:

The second part needs the serial number of the merchandise. It is generally constituted of seven letters and numbers. It is also called service TAG. The Express service code is not needed.
